VEHA Tool

VEHA Tool

An online tool to easily integrate environmental considerations in humanitarian response.

The Virtual Environmental and Humanitarian Adviser (VEHA) tool has been designed as an online resource for practitioners and professionals working in the response, planning and management teams. To use the VEHA tool: scroll down to Guidance Selection and...

Drill down to a sector and subsector you’re interested in. Select the type of guidance by clicking the green and blue buttons: Sector Planning guidances allow you to environmentally align your project strategy design and Field Implementation guidances are useful for the design and execution of humanitarian activities in the field. When selecting any Field Implementation guidances you will also have to choose the activity and subactivity in order to obtain the specific guidance. All guidances open in a new tab. Go back to this page to select and explore more guidances.
